GRAPE MARC USED: Only the freshest marc from selected Verdicchio grapes.
DISTILLATION METHOD: Discontinuous steaming in bain-Marie.
HARVESTING METHOD: By hand, ripe grapes put into crates.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 40% vol.
PAIRING: With small pastries or baked goods, coffee and the finest dark chocolate.
Serving temperature: 14-16 °C.
TASTING NOTES:

Color: Crystalline
Nose: Intense yet delicate, with a hint of fruit and white flowers and notes of almond and liquorice, typical of the varietal.
Taste: Soft and persistent onset, with fresh, elegant notes through the retro-olfactory.
